The owner of Abbott Brothers personally came to my house three times to reassure me about the job, even though I was still free to choose another company. My main water line had broken, and it is incredibly difficult living without water for basic necessities like brushing your teeth and taking a shower. At the same time, I was grieving the recent loss of my mother to stage 4 cancer. Despite how vulnerable and stressful my situation was, the owner never tried to take advantage of me. He was honest, sincere, and compassionate. The crew completed the job with honesty and integrity. They did not block the roadway, and everything was handled so smoothly that my neighbors barely knew they had been there. Most importantly, my water is working again. The price was fair, especially compared with some of the much higher estimates I received from larger companies. I’m grateful that honest, local plumbing companies like Abbott Brothers still exist. I will return and update this review if anything changes, but right now, I am very satisfied with their work.

As a single woman buying my first home, I was looking for more than just good plumbing. I needed a company I could trust, communicate with, and felt was fairly priced- I found all of that and more in Abbott Brothers Plumbing. From the office manager Dawn taking a million calls from me before I even submitted my deposit, to the plumbing team who came out and did the work helping me understand what was going on and what had been completed, to the owner Mike who has turned out to be the most upstanding business owner in the ENTIRE BALTIMORE AREA, I couldn’t be more happy. They repiped my entire gas system and hot and cold water system, passed their inspection and have continued to be available for questions and future work requests. Abbotts will remain my plumbing company until I leave their entire service area. 💪💪

Abbott’s helped us replace a sewer line on a property that my first-time homebuyer was purchasing. They were quick to get an estimate and to get the work done so that we could close on the home. They were professional and had excellent communication throughout the process. I will be recommending to all future clients for plumbing needs.

We’ve used Abbott brothers twice this year and they’ve been excellent both times. One instance was to replace an old hose bib at the back of our house, install a new hose bib on the front, and replace parts in our kitchen faucet — they did a great job with this and I’ve been very happy with the work. We also just had them out for a leak issue that they were able to quickly identify and fix. We’ve worked with Paul and his colleague both times and they’ve been on time, quick, professional, tidy, and happy to explain what’s going on (which I appreciate a lot). I contacted Abbott Brothers for a second estimate on some work that another company had diagnosed and quoted. I provided the other company’s quote details (but not pricing) so that they could quote comparable materials. The estimate came in 43% lower than the first company. They scheduled me quickly and did great work.

Great Experience! Sump pump pipe broke and started spraying water into the ceiling and all over my basement. Called in the morning, someone came out and had it all fixed by 5pm same day.
