The owner of Abbott Brothers personally came to my house three times to reassure me about the job, even though I was still free to choose another company. My main water line had broken, and it is incredibly difficult living without water for basic necessities like brushing your teeth and taking a shower. At the same time, I was grieving the recent loss of my mother to stage 4 cancer. Despite how vulnerable and stressful my situation was, the owner never tried to take advantage of me. He was honest, sincere, and compassionate. The crew completed the job with honesty and integrity. They did not block the roadway, and everything was handled so smoothly that my neighbors barely knew they had been there. Most importantly, my water is working again. The price was fair, especially compared with some of the much higher estimates I received from larger companies. I’m grateful that honest, local plumbing companies like Abbott Brothers still exist. I will return and update this review if anything changes, but right now, I am very satisfied with their work.

We’ve used Abbott brothers twice this year and they’ve been excellent both times. One instance was to replace an old hose bib at the back of our house, install a new hose bib on the front, and replace parts in our kitchen faucet — they did a great job with this and I’ve been very happy with the work.
